What? You think I like it here? I hate it. All these hillsides I have to climb. Snakes, bats, mutucas. And berne! God, the berne. My skin’s crawling with the things.

There’s never enough food. I’ve eaten all the grass and what grows just doesn’t fill me up. They cut down trees so more grass can grow, but I eat it and what grows back just isn’t all that good.
